- Defining the best practice in the special processes so as to ensure the standardization of the working method (crimping and welding) according to the requirements of the Hirschmann production system. - The person responsible for crimping and welding processes in Targu Mures and the contact person for Rankweil specialists (crimping and welding). - Training of process operators and technicians so that they know how to work on special machines (crimping and welding) and aspects specific to special processes (working parameters, their influence on product quality, recognition of product defects and defects of machines and equipment, countermeasures, etc) according to the specific training sheets, the competence matrix and the training and retraining plans. - Ensuring basic training of production staff and support staff on special crimping and welding processes using sequential training manuals. - Providing support for complaints and audits to demonstrate ongoing work to stabilize and improve processes - Providing support for process engineers and the quality department on the welding and crimping side (process, technical and quality). - Validation of new welding and crimping equipments - Updating the data from crimpdata and ensuring that the specific documentation of the crimping process is made and uploaded (microsection reports, capabilities). - Issuance, updating and, where appropriate, approval of procedures and work instructions for the processes for which I am responsible (crimping and welding) and ensuring that group standards for crimping and welding are implemented and complied with.

Ensuring the availability of equipment for documentation, stock creation minimum / maximum parts, careful tracking of defects and causes to have better traceability of spare parts, planning and tracking maintenance.
