European Financial Accountant Record to Report- Financial Reporting across 3 European entities, GSK Pharmaceuticals and Viiv Healthcare, ensuring strong controls, maintaining the business unit ledgers and undertaking Ad Hoc Finance projects as required by the senior finance team. Maintaining accurate and timely reporting on performance, facilitating management control of the business. Driving process improvement around management information and helping management take correct policy decisions and improving efficiency of operations. The initiation, preparation and issuance of standard practices relating to accounting matters and procedures and the co-ordination of system including; Inter Co Process, Master Data and Bank reconciliations, Preparing monthly management accounts and cash flow reports including variance analysis to budget, Process documentation and Co-ordinating external Audit activities.
