Over the last 12 years, I have specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Sustainability, placing myself at the forefront of initiatives that harmonize business goals with societal needs.   In my current role, I am a catalyst for advancing CSR and sustainability efforts, leading influential policy advocacy that engages a wide array of stakeholders. My strategic leadership has been pivotal in shaping our annual Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports (BRSR) and implementing a comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. I expertly manage critical components of CSR, including stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, project planning, and execution, all while cultivating a strong culture of responsibility and sustainability within the organization.   I take pride in developing our company’s ESG Vision and Mission, alongside a thorough implementation plan that weaves sustainability into every aspect of our operations. My dedication to capacity building empowers teams to navigate the complexities of ESG initiatives with confidence. Through an innovative ESG Data Collection and Management framework I established, I ensure that our data is actionable and insightful, while my emphasis on a Carbon Accounting System supports our mission to track and reduce our carbon footprint effectively.   Committed to compliance with both global and Indian ESG standards, I uphold the integrity of our operations and the credibility of our reports.
