Dinesh Thakur

As a community development specialist at the Government of Himachal Pradesh, I contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various community development projects across the state. I leverage my skills in business analysis, account management, and auditing to ensure the projects are aligned with the government's objectives, budget, and quality standards. I also partner with local stakeholders, such as NGOs, private sector, and community groups, to facilitate their participation and feedback in the project cycle. I have over 6 years of work experience, including 4.5 years as a store manager at Tommy Hilfiger, where I managed the daily operations, sales, and staff of a flagship store. I hold an MBA degree from APG University, where I gained knowledge and skills in marketing, finance, and strategy. I am passionate about community development, and I aim to use my expertise and experience to create positive social impact and improve the lives of the people in Himachal Pradesh.
