-Launched Exterior - Roof trims for Amazon - Delivery Van, - Collaborated with cross functional teams for PPAP for production level parts. -Designed the Rear Metal Bumper for Off road -Bumpers -Designed the B-Pillar Applique for Flush Glazing systems.

· Worked in Core engineering and Modularity in Door Architecture – Sash door · Created initial level design standard for B-Pillar applique working with the glass run and Sealing team. · Responsible for Door Sound quality with HEAD Analyzer for measuring loudness, sharpness and checking sound targets with benchmark and NPD vehicles. · Processed data from Material benchmark and reverse engineering for TVM activities on Latch reinforcement and Door architecture.

• Responsible for Design and development of Body-in-white – Underbody complete. • Designed Sheet metal components experiencing new ventures with HSS (High Strength Steel) and CR (Cold Rolled) material. • Responsible for design of complex structural sheet metal components, from conceptual phase (Advanced Concept Engineering) till Start Of Production(SOP). • GD&T definition according to the PLP-datum and criticality of the part. • Responsible for E-Bill Of Material -Teamcenter relation, STEP releases, 2D, 3D data making, GD&T Check, C-BOM maintenance and collaborating with cross functional project teams for achieving the best optimal design for the manufacturing plant. • DFMEA, APQP, PFMEA, product costing, Design Verification Plan and Reporting, Simulation based design, PPAP documentation for product development. • Documentation of product changes through the Engineering Change Notice system, collaborating with all respective teams – purchase, costing, Logistics and Manufacturing. • Improve the design through CAE simulation and analysis such as Seat Pull safety, NVH, durability and Crash. • Interpret Stamping simulation analysis for thinning, split and spring back for optimizing design.

• Design and development of Exterior Plastics - Front Fascia and Grille Systems, Sill cover, Spoiler, Side door molding, Fender molding, Emblems and Trunk lid finisher. • Handled Injection Molds and Blow Mold parts with various Surface treatment processes – Painting, Plating and 3-D printing. • Support activity for BIW, front and rear end closures and Interior Trims parts (Center console and dashboard). • PLM and Digital storage support for Interior Trims for Headliners, Overhead trim and Center console. • Evaluation and validation for the regulations, BOM Check and Design release for Exterior Bumper and Trims. • Fault Tree Analysis for quality concerns and closing the issue by working closely with cross functional teams. • VAVE activity for cost reduction in the existing Life cycle products and New project phases. • Benchmark vehicles with new competitor vehicles and compiled a detailed trend of the market for VAVE activities and provide important updates to Styling team(STUDIO). • Delivered projects by getting training in V3P (Value up Process, Product and Program) to achieve milestones.

• Analyzed the Assembly process for each complete car (3-series, 5-series, 7-series, X1-series and X3-Series) and provide a detailed report regarding the cycle time of the assembly process.
