As the Assistant Room Service Manager, I report directly to the Assistant Director of F&B and I am in charge 24hr room service operations and entire team of 16 employees. The hotel is the largest Crown Plaza in the world with 5 F&B outlets, 21 meeting rooms, 2 lobby lounge, and 12,000m of banquet function space. ● Conduct daily briefing and weekly departmental meeting to ensure smooth operation of the outlet. . ● Schedule and direct staff in daily work to maximize productivity and strive for excellence. ● Successfully handle security incidents, guest complaints with confidence and in a professional manner and report any escalated issue timely manner to the direct supervisor ● Efficiently resolve problems or concerns to the satisfaction of all involved parties. ● Ensure proper cleanliness is maintained in all areas and ensure compliance with food safety and procedures and quality control guidelines.
