Talent Acquisition: •Build a strong rapport with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with evolving business needs. •Implement internal sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on external vendors and associated costs. •Manage and promote employee referral programs to enhance candidate quality and engagement. •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic recruitment approach aligned with business goals. •Lead interview coordination with panels and hiring leads, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. HR Operations: •Manage the full employee lifecycle for our India team—from seamless onboarding to smooth offboarding. •Partner with the HR Services Team to ensure flawless execution of HR processes, maintaining accurate records and integrity across all activities. •Work with the India Site Leaders and site committees to design and facilitate engaging events and initiatives that embody our values, strengthen team spirit, and manage site budgets effectively. •Maximize relationships with benefits providers and other vendors to promote wellbeing initiatives that balance great employee experiences with smart cost management. Onboarding: •Collect and verify onboarding documentation to streamline new employee integration. •Conduct New Employee Induction and Orientation sessions to provide insights into company culture, vision, and policies, setting a positive tone for new joiners. •Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless pre-joining readiness. Employee Engagement: •Contribute to the planning and execution of employee events, ensuring logistical efficiency and inclusive participation. •Drive employee engagement by organizing inclusive and impactful events that strengthen workplace culture and team morale. •Recognize and celebrate employee milestones to boost morale. •Introduce themed activities or wellness challenges to promote mental health and work-life balance.

• Supervising and managing a team of recruiters and supporting them in all aspects of recruitment. • Responsible for closing the internal requirements (IT and Non-IT). • Handling end to end recruitment cycle (Sourcing - Screening - Scheduling Interviews - Salary Negotiation - Offer Process). • Providing the Market Intelligence to the stake holders on niche skills to understand the current trends in market. • Technical discussion with hiring managers and closing all positions before the target date. • Experience in recruiting Part-time trainer and Full-time trainer for both internal and external training needs. • Responsible for coordinating with Technical Heads and Clients for all the interview process. • Acting as a SPOC between recruiters and technical panel. • Maintain a constant touch with employees and collect feedback about their concerns. • Validation of internal consultant's academic and professional records through BG checks. • Responsible for handling both Internal and External audits. • Taking care of exit formalities.

•Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment. •Involved in recruitment of candidates at various levels. •Working closely with clients for the requirements, understanding the industry needs and talent pools. •Understand the Job Descriptions from the Hiring managers. •Sourcing relevant profiles using Job Portals, LinkedIn and Referrals. •Scrutinizing, Prescreening and Tele-Interviewing the candidates. •Validating candidates in terms of their technical skills, preference, attitude, fitment and stability. •Counseling and briefing candidates about client profile and working atmosphere. •Screening and short listing, and forwarding the shortlisted candidates to the client. •Scheduling and Coordinating the interview between Candidates and Clients. •Taking feedback after interview. •Follow up with candidates until their joining. •Responsible for Collection of documents such as educational certificates, personal information and previous employer documents. •Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.
