✅ Bench Management & Marketing: • Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, and US Citizens) for contract positions. • Source job requirements from prime vendors, direct clients, and tier-1 vendors through job portals, networking, and vendor lists. • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure successful placements. ✅ Candidate Placement & Negotiation: • Identify, qualify, and place consultants in contract roles based on skill set and client needs. • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with vendors and clients. • Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and follow up for feedback. ✅ Relationship Building & Networking: • Build long-term relationships with vendors, hiring managers, and consulting firms. • Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and other portals for job search and consultant placement. • Coordinate with employers and consultants for timely H1B transfers, GC processing, and compliance checks. ✅ Compliance & Documentation: • Ensure consultants meet all client and immigration compliance requirements (I-9, E-Verify, background checks). • Track and maintain consultant submissions, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation. • Work closely with legal and HR teams for smooth documentation processes.
