At Prokope, I drive the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for B2B SaaS clients. My role is a hybrid of Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Hands-on Execution, serving as the bridge between client business goals and technical growth implementation. I also lead internal agency operations, managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.

I am a versatile Sports Media Professional operating at the intersection of content creation and project management. Currently, I am a key member of the team at ASnews.kz, one of Kazakhstan’s premier football media platforms and production houses. My role is a hybrid one: I ensure that high-quality content is not only created but also effectively organised, funded, and distributed. I thrive in the fast-paced environment of sports journalism, where adaptability and precision are paramount. My expertise is divided into two core pillars: 1. Content & Communications: Editorial & Interviews: I secure and conduct exclusive interviews with top football players, coaches, and functionaries. I handle the editing process to ensure a sharp narrative and perform high-quality translations (Kazakh/Russian) to reach our full audience. Media Relations: Acting as the primary liaison between our media outlet and professional football clubs. I negotiate access, manage accreditation, and maintain strong professional relationships with press officers and stakeholders. SMM Strategy: Managing social media channels to maximize reach and engagement, ensuring our exclusive content finds its audience. 2. Operations & Management: Logistics & Travel: I serve as the logistical backbone for our production crew. From planning complex travel itineraries for away matches and training camps to on-the-ground coordination. Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets, optimising resources, and ensuring cost-effective production without sacrificing quality. I am passionate about the development of football in Kazakhstan and dedicated to raising the standard of sports media coverage in the region.

As an expert sports journalist, Alim was responsible for the exclusive interviews with sportsmen and sports officials across China, Kazakhstan and Europe. Alim regularly goes on work trips to film interviews and covers everything the first among others.

Elimai is a historically well-known football club from Semey, Abay Region of Kazakhstan. As a SMM-designer, Alim was responsible for the club's brand and promotion in the social media. During the season 2023, Alim created hundreds of visuals, texts, press-releases and presentations. By the end of the season, Elimai won the Gold Medals of the First League of Kazakhstan, getting the promotion to the Premier League of the country.

As a freelance media specialist, Alim was designing commercial and non-commercial digital posters for social media, creating a brand identity and logos, designing sports graphic contents, creating content plans and producing content.

At 17 years old, Alim was working at the biggest football reality show along with big football agents, ex-players and coaches. As a media officer, he was designing posters, invitations, pennants, players' personal cards, and thumbnails of YouTube series; translating texts from Russian to Kazakh and English; filming videos for Instagram and TikTok; SMM; photography on training, home and away games and encrypting interviews.

Alim designed a first logo for the small football club from Almaty. Then, as a media officer he was responsible for photographing and filming the games and trainings for the social media pages, SMM & design.

Rising Star Agency is an agency for professional footballers dedicated to the ongoing development and management of their careers. My responsibilities included organizing the press conferences and games of the tournament, media production for the social media pages, finding the sponsors, marketing, working with the press and people, participating in the important meetings with government authorities and potential sponsors.
