• Managed from proposal to launch two environmental advocacy mobile apps, whose resounding success resulted in the city’s government announcing a comprehensive plan to address environmental issues; worked across government agencies, with local developers and nonprofits. One of the apps, AUA, was named start-up of the year by Elle Magazine Kazakhstan, and app of the month by several local tech news platforms. • Organized a variety of successful public diplomacy events, including fully managing Tech Forum Central Asia 3 – Women in Tech, and multiple entrepreneurship speaker programs; co-organized a travel and education expo and volunteer management boot camp; coordinated local media in Secretary Kerry’s motorcade. Each program attracted between 100 and 2,500 target participants, and resulted in extensive media coverage. • Coordinated all mission grant activities, managed over 120 grants.

• Performed financial analysis of eight mining projects; built financial models, business plans, commercial proposals, risk assessments and exit strategies. • Managed deposit acquisition process: composed documents, communicated with government agencies, navigated and troubleshot obstacles. Led four of the projects to the final stages. • Recruited, and supervised four interns in conducting comprehensive commodities market research. • Developed the fund’s promotional materials, including presentations and company website.

• As part of Consulting team, cut call-center operations costs by 10% at a large telecommunications company, through call data analysis, insight generation, and consequently resource reallocation. • As part of Risk Assurance team reviewed internal controls for SOX compliance and IT general controls for clients in the following industries: consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, mining, oil & gas.
