* Responsible for the full recruitment cycle. * Monitor staff members Attendance. * Maintain and keep staff lists for all categories of the workforce. * Maintain personal files accurate, updated, and confidential at all times. * Prepare and process all kinds of HR related paperwork for all categories of the workforce. * Maintain employee enrolment and cancellation from the life & Health Insurance system. * Arranging and conducting orientation and induction for new joiners. * Act as a super user for the local country office. * Maintain and update HR System on a regular basis and provider reports and statistics when required. * Support in training the Managers and staff in utilizing HR system. * Conduct investigations related to complaints raised by the staff.

* Support recruitment and hiring processes. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Monitor staff attendance, leave, and working hours. * Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. * Handle employee relations, complaints, and disciplinary actions. * Support onboarding and orientation for new employees. * Prepare HR reports and provide support to management on HR matters.
