* Job Duties : * Monitoring Price For Every Single Item Both For Regular Office * Requirement Or For Project Requirement * Checking BOM/ WO/RO For Every Project Will Be Released * Consulting With Engineering Division If There Are Any Mistakes In BOM Received. * Building Purchasing Procedures Improvement * Coordinates With Other Department Related For Our Coorporate Improvement * Leads All Procurement Strategy * Leads Low Cost Investment Project. * Preparing Any Report Must Be Sent To Finance Director * Sourcing Material And Developing Any Suppliers * Mentoring And Training

* Manager a project starting from design till mass production * lead team for catch the goals

* Job Duties : * Set up and establish the HR System * Establish HR Planning in line with Strategic Recruitment directions. * Conduct Job Analysis for Role Profile/ Description to the Job Evaluation required. * Analyze and establish the remuneration package (basic salary, compensation, & benefit) of the existing and benchmarking with other companies in similar industry. * Responsible in leading overall Recruitment & Selection including to coordinate with recruitment agency, job portal websites, sorting applicants, interviews, calculation of fitment before offering process, etc. * Prepare all necessary employee data for payroll administration. * Administer Expatriate formalities services in the company * Develop and establish the HR Planning & Development area for the company, also to review the company’s HR Policy and Company Regulation. * Monitor employees’ daily attendance. * Administer the employees’ Medical benefit claim process for out-patient and liaise with the health insurance for the in-patient benefit. * Develop and establish the Company’s HR Policy and Company Regulation.
