Complete understanding of maintenance clauses, pricing and customer license rights. Ability to comprehend complex legal contract language as it relates to maintenance terms and expansion. A strong understanding of revenue recognition and VSOE standards as they relate to maintenance. Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to supervise others. Strong understanding of system processes and integration of applications including contract, billing, accounts receivable and revenue recognition modules. Excel & Word skills. A strong understanding of the software business as related to products and maintenance. Broad knowledge of customer inter-relationships such as parent vs child, subsidiaries, etc to assist on merger acquisition analysis. Calculation of 150 maintenance renewal contracts per quarter which results in an average of $60M in revenue. Interface with Sales Support Managers, CFO's, Directors, and VP on a regular basis to resolve customer issues & refine pricing.

Responsible for review and interpretation of existing software contracts, calculation of customer’s maintenance fees and additional software license fees due to expansion on a Global Basis. Takes on special projects and assists on more complex contractual calculations for field sales. Special emphasis on interpreting foreign language contracts and overseeing transactions from the International Shared Service Centers. Evaluates and tests any new pricing tools such as the price calculator and new system features assoc with pricing.
