As an accomplished senior executive, I bring extensive experience in a range of roles, from management consulting to leading a business function. My background blends technology, business strategy, and operations with a solid foundation in leadership, people management, and building and scaling teams. I have gained invaluable professional skills and expertise working at top-tier organizations like McKinsey, Egon Zehnder, Dialectica and Blueground. A life-long engineer, I'm also a techie who enjoys digital disruption. Currently, I am the Chief People Officer at Dialectica, where I report to the CEO and hold global responsibility for the People function. In this capacity, I lead a team of HR professionals across the EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Outside of the office, you can find me with my wife and two boys, biking, hiking or traveling.
