Researched and implemented optimization strategies, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Coordinated cross-departmentally (technical, logistics) to standardize and improve client service workflows.

During my 6 months working here, I directly participated in the following tasks: => Acted as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams (Creative, Media, etc.), effectively translating client requirements into actionable briefs and managing project timelines. => Analyzed consumer behavior trends and identified emerging KOLs/KOCs to provide strategic insights for campaign planning. => Managed daily social media operations and content calendars for multiple client accounts, including EveryEpic, Ha Ky, and Long Chau. =>Planned and executed online and offline community-building activities for the EveryEpic community to drive brand engagement and loyalty.
