- Manage the procurement process for goods and services required by the company. - Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost efficiency. - Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company requirements. - Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of purchased items. - Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse teams regarding procurement needs and inventory levels. - Verify purchase documents, invoices, and delivery records for accuracy. - Maintain supplier databases and establish good relationships with vendors. - Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. - Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

- Vendor Registration - Create Purchase Order to Supplier into the Odoo system - Doing stock opname for every month - Reporting manual stock data (Ms excel) to Operational Manager every day
