I help steel fabricators in the Gulf produce more with fewer welders. Welding is the bottleneck on every fabrication floor, and skilled welders are scarce, expensive, and hard to hire - especially in Saudi Arabia, where the shortage runs into the hundreds of thousands. You can't hire your way out of it. At Steel Robotics we deploy adaptive welding robots that scan the real part and adapt the weld themselves - no programmers, no rigid fixtures, built for high-mix shops. One cell does the work of 5–6 welders at 2.5–5× the throughput, with lower cost per part and fewer reworks. Proven, not a pilot: 100+ robots in production, 8 years of data.
