- Member of the Americas Small Molecules' leadership team. Responsible for the strategy elaboration and implementation for all MSD global pharmaceuticals operations' sites across Americas region (US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Argentina); - Spend management of USD 70 million per year with high complexity of items and suppliers; - Close connection with global procurement team (CoE experts for packaging components) to develop the long term strategy for the company (SSCs); - Management of 6 skilled procurement resources across the region; - Head of the profit plan exercise for Americas region with focus on accountability and market intelligence driven results.

- Strategy elaboration and implementation for flexible packaging components (aluminum, films) for all MSD human health sites globally; - Leader and faciliator of the global standard cost process for packaging non-sterile components - Financial analysis to forecast prices and trends (market analysis and forecasting skills); - Member of MSD Latin America diverse supplier council - Responsible for analysing and approval of new suppliers with diversity approachs.

- Responsible for all packaging portfolio (cartons, leaflets, aluminum, foils, labels, tubes, glass compounds) strategy and operation in 3 brazilian sites; - Management of USD 30 million annual spend, 40 suppliers and more than 850 active SKUs; - Payment terms extension programme implementation (90 days); - Point of contact for global procurement discussions in Brazil; - Support to financial team, developing standard cost process for all materials; - Supplier relationship management programme leader for packaging; - Development of new projects to improve supply chain and reduce material cost; - Supplier base optimization based on current procurement strategy.

- Responsible for both elaboration and application of procurement strategy valid for folding & aseptic cartons in Brazil, Argentina and Chile; - Management of EUR 160 million annual spend and more than 500 active SKUs; - Development of new suppliers: Approvals based on quality and social responsibility auditing; - Project supporter in sustainability for carton packages, including FSC/PEFC implementation; - Financial impacts control generated by monthly price changes and their components (currency, savings, feedstocks etc); - Successful payment terms extension programme applied for strategic suppliers.

- Development and implementation of the global negotiation for the portfolio (RFI/RFQ): Bidding involving 20 Unilever sites around the world and moving about EUR 300 million spend; - Contract elaboration for the global team (Supplier Agreement); - Management of EUR 190 million annual spend and 5 active SKUs (commodities); - Development of new suppliers from Brazil, Argentina, Central America and China; - Solid results in cost saving achievements and payment term improvements; - International market and price index knowledge to elaborate purchasing strategies.

- Intern for Sulfuric Acid, Carbon Sulfide and Maleic Anhydride units: production and process engineering. - Equipments efficiency optimization. - Quality control auditing (ISO 9001:2000). - Preventive maintenance planning. - Improvements in process control (Regulatory Project).
