Responsible for: Working as Project engineer for strategic oversighting, preparing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and executing variety of engineering projects for plastic processing plant to improve the organizational business areas which are mainly in UPVC, CPVC & PPR pipes, injection molded UPVC, CPVC & PPR fittings, PE, PP, HDPE, PET, PS, PMMA, PVC & PC houseware & disposable cutlery products, PS, PET, and PP thermoforming products, Dry offset printing, Extrusion Blown film, Flexo-printing, Blow moulding, Paper cups, plastics powder and granules material handling and auto dosing systems, recycling & pelletizing of plastic materials; Execution and operational services for 5-layer Extrusion Blown film lines for LLDPE, LDPE, MLPDE, HDPE, BOPP, PA, EVOH which can produce Shrink film, Barrier film and poly bags. Execution and operational services of CI felxoprinter for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, mLDPE and BOPP films with 8-colors, fully automated line speed 450m/mint; Technical services for utilities (Electricity, chilled water, compressed air) and their optimization in total 32MW/h and these utilities are connected to >1000 different plastic manufacturing facilities; Working as a Plastic R&D and processing application engineer during execution, commissioning, and maintenance of new/old plastic manufacturing equipment’s to achieve optimized output. Execution and Maintenance of automatic PVC-Powder dosing system for extrusion Pipe production lines, PP, PS & PET automatic de-pelletizing & debagging with output 5000kg/h; Execution and maintenance of fully automated cutlery items project with output 14ton/day; Execution and maintenance of recycling and pelletizing lines to handle 70tons/days; R&D and Introduction of many new products in organizational business direction.

currently I'm preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring variety of assigned engineering projects like automation systems for thermoforming products and byproducts, PVC-pipes & fittings, injection molding cutlery and housware products,blow moulded products and blown film production lines. Powder and granular material conveying systems. Execution of new compounding & pelletizing machines, Injection Molding machines, thermoforming machines, extrusion roll sheet lines, extrusion pelletizing lines. Monitoring many civil projects as per our own requirements for plant extension. Monitoring Power Factor Project to eliminate Bill penalties. Coordinating with engineering disciplines, lead engineers and I or task force groups to ensure on-time completion of work activities and the implementation of project control procedures. Reviews and closely monitors the project schedule and costs. Interpreting engineering specifications, resolving design and field engineering difficulties and coordinating work schedules; Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines; Referring unusual or complex problems; Contributing to the planning and scheduling of work to achieve prescribed objectives; Preparing progress reports and monitoring project controls; Recommending changes in plans and specifying estimated costs; Recommending substitutions in materials and payment for completed work; Consulting with other departments, suppliers and contractors to clarify specifications; Keeping abreast of new technical developments and estimating their impacts.

Responsible for: Application engineer for PP, PS, PET, and PVC in thermoforming, extrusion roll sheet, repalletizing, skeletal regrinding, dry offset printing, lumps shredding, and automatic packaging with technical support to maintenance and process troubleshooting to achieve the weekly, monthly, and annual production targets of disposable water-cups, trays, juice cups, diary, food, and bakery packaging solutions. Operations, maintenance and troubleshooting engineering for all ILLIG thermoforming lines RDM75K, RDM70K, RDM58, RDM63, RDKP72G, RDK80K, RD37K, RV53 and Gabbler M98; Technical engineer for production & maintenance operations as well as new developments; Starting and optimizing the production lines including Mould, insert, and ejector changeovers according to production orders.

Responsible for: Worked as an application and R&D engineer for PE, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, mDPE related to flexible packaging requirements. Worked as a main troubleshooting engineer for extrusion blown film lines and cost roll films. Worked as a technical engineer to discuss new developments & production issues for multi-layer shrink films, lamination films, stretch films, silage wrap, surgical films, Agricultural films, and anti-fog films; Implementation of SADEX, HACCP & ETI in production and quality departments and sustain company quality policy with Production efficiency objectives; 1.1 Worked as an implementation & sustainable engineer of ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 9001 2008 in the Manufacturing environment.

Responsible for: Effective practical implementation of company quality policy in relation to ISO 9001/TS 16949; PP, LDPE, ABS, PVC, Polyamides, Polyacetals, polycarbonate and thermoplastic elastomeric materials in injection molding machines of clamping capacity 120-650 Tonnage; Carry out costumer complaints analysis and resolve issues by using preventive actions; Carry out machine maintenance as per maintenance plans & requirements.
