As a senior manager of Customer Service Centers, I was in charge of 26 customer service centers, and it was my duty in weekly basis to analyze the sales and draft recommendations in improving the sales. Sales target in 2013 achieved 107%. Responsible for: achieving sales plans in 26 customer service centers, PR activities, controlling stuff activities, preparing weekly and monthly reports for Home Office.

Working with volunteers from 12 districts of Khatlon province, recruiting and interviewing new Tashabbuskors, if necessary. Collecting data on monitoring and evaluation, conducting analysis. It's also my duty to assist rural activists and LAC representatives, to maintain working relationship with the government officials. When it is required, I prepare training materials with the other stuff of the Project. While visiting rural areas, I conduct consultations with the local Tashabbuskors and LAC representatives among the citizens, male and female farmers. It's also my duty to conduct peer-to-peer learning, organizing female Tashabbuskors forums etc, in order to support leadership and participation of women farmers. Gathering information about the obstacles that farmers face in farming and land issues. Meeting with volunteers and farmers on weekly basis in round tables and focus groups. Preparing report for Home Office on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

During January to December 1999 I learnt English language, since it was new language for me. From January 2000 to December 2001 I studied in CIMP (Canadian International Matriculation Program). Activities and Societies: Member of Spanish Club for 1 year.
