Communicate with colleagues in Canada and solve all kinds of problems in the production process, assist the mold test partner in setting parameters, sample confirmation, test report collection and mold inspection before shipping the mold.

Hightech Mould is a manufacturing export mold and trade integrated company, about the company existing 60 people, My worked for collecting all of information for the project, and filling out the tooling specification, checking Feasibility（DFM） analysis and 2d，3d tooling drawing. Leading the modification mold progress and content. Organizing the delivery of mold. Directly communicate with foreigner customer to discuss the mold structure and tooling standard and etc.

CHINATOOL mould system (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is an international manufacturer of injection mould tools mostly for the Automotive industry which has a staff of about 500 people, I worked as a design team leader who providing the mould design proposal based on the part, tooling designing, checking and improving tooling drawing which comes from designer, I am familiar with many kinds of Automotive plastic parts, such as: Door mirror, Case frame, Air vent, Instrument panel, Door panel and Bumper etc. Customers covered BMW, Ford, Benz, Nissan, Delphi, SES, Formula, SVS, Stadium, JCI, IAC, SMR, etc.

Design the 2d & 3d mold drawing as the customer provide by CAD and PRO/E 、UG files. Making BOM list and order material. Main mould structure: Such as : Angle lifter, slider, hot runner, three plate mould, two stage ejection, over-mould, double color mould. There are more than 1500 employee, they can make some precise mold, the tolerance always keeps in 0.005mm, the major product are travel box and gear.
