Over the years, I’ve also founded and led the IT Services and IT Consulting company Diligentic Infotech, where I drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions to clients across various industries. My journey began as an Associate Software Engineer in a big city, but the absence of tech companies in my hometown inspired me to bring something valuable to my community. This led me to establish Diligentic Infotech in 2021, based in Hoshiarpur, where I aimed to create opportunities for tech professionals. Building a team in a small town had its challenges, yet I leveraged my leadership to recruit and train fresh talent aligned with my vision. My goal was to tackle a critical gap in the tech industry, where clients often overpay for projects.
