-Managing customer orders within the logistics organization as part of the Order-to-Cash structure -Handling incoming customer requests and ensuring accurate order entry and fulfillment -Monitoring order progress and resolving order-related issues within logistics operations -Leading the local implementation of the global customer order platform Hybris in Türkiye (Supporting local rollout, user adoption, and alignment with global implementation standards)
