As Lead – Campus Engagement and Employer Branding at ACG, I am responsible for shaping and executing the organization's talent attraction and brand positioning strategy across global markets. My role encompasses end-to-end management of campus hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while driving initiatives that enhance ACG’s presence as an employer of choice. I lead the development of data-driven dashboards and insights to inform strategic decisions and continuously monitor market trends to ensure our talent acquisition approach remains competitive and future-ready.

Led end-to-end HR operations for 4000+ employees, including designing campus induction programs, driving engagement & R&R, running employee wellbeing initiatives, and developing BI dashboards (Attrition and monthly manning) for leadership insights. Also contributed to IT-driven NVA reduction projects for process efficiency.

Managed end-to-end HR operations across 12 countries, driving 100% onboarding and wellness program participation. Led global L&D, recruitment, and HRIT projects, including campus hiring and process optimization. Partnered with leadership on engagement insights and cross-border compensation administration.

Delivered signature employee experience for 500+ employees across Central India by managing the full employee lifecycle. Led talent acquisition and campus hiring, customized impactful training programs, and drove wellness and engagement initiatives covering 1000+ employees pan-India.

Managed end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across functions and industries, including CXO-level mandates. Specialized in hiring for Analytics, ML, Data Science, and Tech roles, using strategic sourcing, company mapping, and headhunting. Handled client management, talent engagement, and full candidate lifecycle across India.

Handled end-to-end recruitment for Domino’s Pizza outlets, hiring staff to senior managers. Led weekly CRDs, conducted NTO (New Training Orientation) sessions, and managed job fairs, including a major hiring drive at Kalina University. Oversaw complete onboarding and documentation processes.

Performed as a Treasurer, headed college event (Festomania), working as a Placement Committee member and have organiesed many events such as sports, cultural and management games for inter college competition at Kohinoor Business School for the year 2017-19.
