From planning to execution, every decision should reflect compassion, responsibility, and a commitment to improving lives.My professional journey combines international education, global work experience, and hands-on healthcare leadership. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Acsenda School of Management, where I gained exposure to modern business practices, multicultural environments, and progressive leadership values.During my time in Canada, I developed strong operational and customer service capabilities through professional roles with UPS, London Drugs, and Sablok & Sablok Notaries. These experiences strengthened my expertise in logistics coordination, order processing, office administration, planning, accuracy, client service, and working effectively in fast-paced environments.After returning to India, I joined Aadhya9 Multispeciality Hospital and began contributing across Human Resources, staff coordination, and organisational development. As responsibilities expanded, my role evolved into Operations & Administration leadership, where I oversaw accounts coordination, process management, patient services, doctor scheduling, and day-to-day hospital operations.Having progressed through multiple leadership stages before becoming Director, I bring practical understanding of both management strategy and ground-level execution. Whether it is strengthening internal systems, improving patient experience, supporting doctors and medical teams, or driving sustainable growth, my approach remains practical, people-focused, and quality-driven.My background in Human Resources has taught me that leadership is not only about managing people, but about being ethical, principled, respectful, and leading by example.
