1) Research and Development, New product development, Product refinements, etc. in Electronics, Embedded Systems, IoT, Renewable Energy System (Solar) design, and Water and Sanitation Sector. 2) Worked in collaboration with technology projects associated with California Institute of Technology and University of South Florida funded by Bill & Milanda Gates Foundation. 3) Technical point of contact for international collaborations and research projects. 4) Experience in implementing large-scale sanitation infrastructure across India and the Middle east also with various developments in Electronics, Sanitation, WASH Sector. 5) Management experience of interdisciplinary technology team for the development of sustainable solutions. 6) Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members. 7) Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member. 8) Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress. 9) Effectively make plans that support project goals and lead their team to perform efficiently and work diligently to keep the team engaged, motivated, and focused on the task at hand. 10) Reward team members for their continued efforts and celebrate accomplishments.
