After graduating from PNG University of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I joined PNGFM Limited as an Assistant Web Editor. I was later promoted to Web Editor in recognition of my performance and leadership before receiving my second Employee of the Year award. As Web Editor, I manage and oversee pnghausbung.com, the digital news platform of PNGFM Limited, where I lead content editing, publishing, updates, and removals while also supervising and maintaining the organization’s social media presence. I also led the design and redevelopment of the new PNG Haus Bung website, delivering a modern user interface, increased advertising space, and scalable features to support growth and monetization. For consistently delivering results beyond expectations, I was awarded Employee of the Year in December 2024 and again in December 2025 following the successful launch of the redesigned platform. In addition to my role at PNGFM, I design and develop websites for clients, including globalpngltd.com, and I founded and launched my own digital platform, dratzworld.com, showcasing my full-stack development, business, and creative capabilities.
