End-to-end responsible for Material Readiness to ensure high quality and agile supply chain from New product/ Technology Development to Mass Production. - Program Lead for Factory Enabling Supply Chain Readiness of IDM 2.0 (Integrated Device Manufacturing) which directly communicates with cross-functional groups involving internal and external stakeholders - Lead Material Engineering team (5 -7 Engineers) to achieve operational excellence through workforce maximization and talent specialization. - Coach and mentor, the team members for material knowledge, qualification process, excursion management process - Forecast and define qualification plans for new materials and new suppliers, perform the design of experiments, data analysis - Drive continuous quality improvement and engineering projects to optimize yield, cost, and process interaction in mass production. - Define proper materials storage and handling at the warehouse and factory - Lead material quality excursion, drive improvement action from suppliers - Partner with the global team to ensure supplier quality management, including supplier audits, and drive for supplier quality enhancement. - Partner with the global procurement team to ensure the right stock level of direct materials. - Consult and offer best solution of materials for rubber industry, especially in outsole, midsole manufacturing - Support customer in new development by consulting material, trial testing

- Design, synthesis, characterization, and properties of inorganic materials - Research Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage Technology, Electroplating Processing, Cathode and Anode materials - Synthesis and modify nano-particles for Advanced Energy Conversion Devices, included Lithium ion batteries for Hybrid Electric Vehicle, Care Robot, Medical Device, Satellite, Portable electronics, etc. - Developing a Noble Synthetic Route for Nano-materials, such as polyol mediated synthesis, co-precipitation, spray pyrolysis, etc.

- Technical consultant and project manager in offering solutions of scientific and technology equipment for laboratories and industrial manufacturers. - Building and managing network relations with existing customers. - Researching market, competitor and approach new customers. - Preparing quotation, weekly sales report, monthly sales forecast. - Contacting and dealing with foreign suppliers.
