o Leader for Global Manufacturing Planning & Reporting support (~50 Plants / ~$4B USD VOP). o Leader for Forecast & Budget processes supporting Baxter Mfg Plants, responsible of calendar, deliverables, data accuracy, headcount information and business acumen over the team. o Responsible of monthly and quarterly results, Forecast, Budget and Long-Range Plan P&L and Cash Flow presentations for Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization presented to the CEO and CFO. o Balance Sheet trend and results analysis to go over fluctuations in order to achieve accuracy in Budget and Forecast cycles. o Continuous ad-hoc support to the Finance VP of Operations and Chief Operations Officer. o Leader of the global engineering budget and forecast with monthly tracking of actuals. o Leading, advising and providing recurrent feedback to the Senior Financial Analyst position in charge of Global Mfg process and Quality results.

o Responsible for US & Global Manufacturing Planning & Reporting support (~50 Plants / ~$4B USD VOP). o Responsible for Forecast & Budget processes supporting Baxter Mfg Plants. o Led the Finance Operations Balance Scorecard process over the Manufacturing organization o Responsible for budgeting and forecasting the entire Global Quality organization reporting results to the Chief Quality Officer. o Financial modeling, advising and decision support to capital investments over $10M USD.

o Responsible for advise, validate, monitor and report the Manufacturing process variations to management. o Lead a team of four direct reports, Record Keepers who record whole production information into the system. o Support, advising and making cost reduction simulations, new products financial analysis and savings of Value Improvement Projects. o Leading operation teams preparing financial budget and forecast (Value of Production $46M USD). o Calculate the Standard cost, Direct Labor & Overhead Rates & cost presentations for senior management reviews. o Partner with Staff Manufacturing to analyze and support investments and new business initiatives.

o Responsible of monthly consolidation providing reporting packages for the US/Canada Manufacturing organization. o Leading meetings with Supply Chain and US Finance team to go over balance, Cash Flow and AUC fluctuations. o Responsible to work towards aligning processes and accounting practices across the different regions plants. o Tracking accuracy of plants forecast and budget.

o Responsible of Global Medical Products financial statements (P&L, MCB, Cash Flow). o Leading all key Baxter planning/reporting cycles (Operation Plan, Forecasts, Long Range Plan, month/quarter close). o Developing MP business acumen with exposure business partners within the regions, franchises, and MP leadership. o Leading weekly sales to distribute to MP senior leaders and CEO. o Standardization of processes and implementation of SOPs for each of them reducing waste of time.

o General Accountant for Baxter Venezuela and Guatemala reporting to Corporate Controllers Group. o Responsible for accounts reconciliation, recording of prepaid, reserves, deferred assets, income tax accrual, payroll, liabilities and equity operations, expense allocation, multicurrency, monthly management and corporate entries in JDE. o Assisted management in developing and executing improvement projects with proven results.

o Responsible of Latin America emerging markets fixed assets transactions. o Closing and timely follow up of Baxter Affiliates Capital Expenditure projects and adherence to corporate policies. o Proven efficiency in managing and controlling approximately 100k assets.
