Lead the planning, collection, and execution of the annual procurement plan for materials and services, managing a budget of USD 162 million. Design and negotiate contract frameworks, import purchasing processes, and supply agreements, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and service levels. Oversee compliance of critical supply contracts, safeguarding operational continuity and risk mitigation. Manage transportation and operations across three main logistics centers, including preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet and administrative facilities. Supervise and control physical and electronic security of power facilities and workplaces, protecting strategic assets. Direct a team of ~ 152 direct reports, fostering efficiency, professional development, and a high-performance culture. Establishment and motivation of a “Safety culture” and Safety Work Procedures for employees and contractors (3700 people) and environmental impact control associated with the extension and maintenance of the medium and low voltage network. Design and implementing of the standard OHSAS 18001 in the entire organization with the posterior successful certification process. Determination of annual Safety, Environment and Quality programs for the organization and its contractors. Establishment and follow up of accidents control programs and environmental impact reduction programs for the contractors of the organization. Incident investigation (lost time accident/non lost time accidents) securing the execution of the related preventive and corrective actions.
