Created a landscape analysis of federal grant-making agencies for Strategic Partnership Hub by meeting with five federal agencies (NASA, USAID, etc.) enhancing strategic planning and decision-making from my interviews Identified intersections and future collaboration opportunities by locating similar funding proposals, using targeted keywords to compare project proposals, and integrating results into an internal system query for analysis.

Conducted over 100 pretrial release interviews with English and Spanish-speaking clients, assessing their eligibility and suitability for release before trial. 80 percent of the interviews lead to the client's release from jail Translated confidential Spanish documents, including client information, body camera footage, interviews, and court documents, for use in trials by attorneys in Immigration and Criminal units Directed training sessions for attorneys on enhancing awareness in the intricacies of mass incarceration in Central America, ensuring the team was well-informed to address issues in the cases under administration.
