Main activities: Operational production management (annual turnover of 500 mBRL, 240 employees), coordination of extended operations in Panambi-RS, coordination of operational investments and head count budget for component business unit, production management, technical management (welding MIG/MAG, assembly, robot), coordination of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities, active quality management (suppliers, customers, internal and external audits), management and deployment of the main KPIs in the area (Safety, Scrap/CNQ, Deliver Attendance, OEE, Operational Costs and Engagement), promoter of local cost reduction projects, financial control and cost structuring (Business Plan and Profit & Loss), problem solving leader with the application of advanced methodologies (FTA, 8D, Shainin, Ishikawa), Audit experience (IATF, VDA, CQI`s, BIQS and ISO50001, Kamishibai, LPA and Lean Production Systems), school-work integration projects with internship programs. Main activities: Operational production management (annual turnover of 300 mBRL, 250 employees), Global coordination at IPN (International Production Network) with technical responsibility for plants in Mexico, India, Slovenia and China, definition of global and local manufacturing strategy , coordination of global investments for the business units, management of product and manufacturing projects, quotations for new products and businesses, production management and coordination of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities, quality management (suppliers, customers, internal and external audits), management and deployment of the main KPIs in the area, development and construction of new processes (flow, procedures, production lines, equipment and machines), development of new suppliers, expertise in DFMA (design for manufacturing and assembly), management global and local cost reduction projects, financial control and cost structuring (Business Plan and Profit & Loss), interface with national and export customers, problem solving leader with the application of advanced methodologies (FTA, 8D, Shainin, Ishikawa), school-work integration projects. Project Leader and Manufacturing Engineer Responsible for Oxygen Sensors at Campinas plant responsible for the implementation and development of equipment and production process for oxygen sensors. Main activities: technical coordination of the production line project, conducting meetings with the board and management in Brazil and Germany to coordinate the project to implement the new production at the Campinas plant and global strategy for installing new lines, resource management, approval, installation and release of the production process for oxygen sensors in Brazil, organization of international meetings to discuss topics of oxygen sensors and manufacturing strategies to deal with technical problems and failures in equipment and processes, evaluation and development of suppliers of equipment and machines able to manage projects in various locations around the world following the standard of construction and excellence of the automotive market, responsible for project and process audits, preparation of PFMEA, factory documentation and preparation of factory supervision.
