Responsible for achievement of sales targets through excellence in the 5P s execution at the direct and indirect point of sale where planning CD/Direct Retailers/Middlemen activities are key. Provide feedback that allows a quick review of competitive tactics, assuming a position that assures a sustainable financial growth for the company, in terms of investment, margins and organic growth.

* Develop RE strategies and 5P * s based on Category and Brand Strategies, shopper and customer insights. -Provide input on Retail Environment in to commercial process. -Work closely with both Consumer Marketing and Customer Management to develop strategies and tactics to grow the business in the Minisuper & Pharma market for the Dominican Republic. -Adapt category Promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the RE and customers. -Manage the Gross To Net investment for the retail environment, p.e. TPR * s, PPR * s, Business builders Direct & Indirect. Develop a RE investment strategy & track the KPI * s goals-pay for performance. -Develop robust RE Business analysis. (e.g. SOM, Distrib.) to be the expert on the business by RE.

* Ensure flawless execution of the company guidelines regarding the 5Ps in store * Working directly with merchandising and sales team to ensure best in class in store execution * Collect customers, consumer and shopper insights trough regular in store visits * Manage in store activations, shopper promos and visibility initiatives * Monitor and analyze competitor activities and retail trends

Perform analysis on sales data based on categories, retail environments and brand performance -Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sell out initiatives -Assist in the development of sales growth initiatives -Manage and update key customers KPIs tracking tools and scorecards -Assist in demand planning and sales forecasting

Manage and expand relationships with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives ensuring a thorough understanding of key customer s needs and requirements -Directly manage a field sales team by orienting, training and coaching sales representatives. Planning, monitoring and appraising team results -Ensure the implementation of sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues -Maintain and monitor sales volume and product mix development by following up on category sales results, retail environment growth and customers KPIs -Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and growth potential -Works as the main link between key accounts and the corporate internal teams -Maintain inventory control and monitor accounts receivable in key accounts
