Trilingual English-Portuguese-Spanish award-winning photographer with 25+ years of hands-on experience in photojournalism, and a particular passion for Ballet, Music, Theater, Opera and Sports Photography. My strong knowledge of visual principles and keen eye for storytelling has resulted in covering a variety of cultural, sporting and music events, as well as photographing famous and international personalities. Whether shooting a fast-paced game or a contemplative portrait, I am always focused on creating images that are both breathtaking and meaningful, understanding the importance of timing and composition, which allows me to capture moments that are both visually striking and emotionally evocative. Member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the world’s largest photography association organized for professional photographers with 30,000 creative members in more than 50 countries, my exceptional skills behind the camera have also been featured on international websites and magazines, such as the coverage of the International Animation Theater Festival, "FITA Floripa", which was published in the French magazine Stradda, number 36, publisher Hors Les Murs (France, 2015). Here are some of my additional experience: - Photojournalist for popular newspapers in Brazil (1995-2011). - Covered the Davis Cup - The world cup of tennis (2005) - Covered hundreds of games of the Brazilian and Santa Catarina Championship. - Supported the singer Madonna's tour in Brazil, using technologies unknown in Brazil that time such as immersive, giant panoramic and 360 degrees photos (2012). - Contract from multiple communication channels to photograph international celebrities such as Beyonce, Fergie, Stanley Jordan, John Mayall, Richie Kotzen and Buddy Guy. - Photo covered the event "Bread and Butter Berlin" for the Danish website denimhunters.com and the German website ropedye.com (Berlin, 2013); - Photographed the International Animation Theater Festival, "FITA Floripa", that was published at the French magazine Stradda, number 36, publisher Hors Les Murs (France, 2015); - Photographic exhibition "Mikropodium Around the World" (Budapest, 2016).
