Assisting in leading company-wide process renaissance with: I) Sage Project Management software committee participation. This committee was charged with rolling out new software to refine both project management and accounting processes company-wide. Given my extensive experience with this software, I led much of the training aspects of the committee to train others in the PM department. II) Led the initiative to overhaul Thomas & Marker's client feedback survey. III) Orchestrated a Project Management orientation process for new and current associates, which outlines the processes and steps in the life of a competitively bid project from cradle to grave.
