I am a techniccian working at the maritime sector for the last 8 years, specialized in technical support and installations overseas onboard different types of maritime vessels, specially fishing vessels at ports located in all the oceans. Working with Satlink products like: - Satellite echosounder buoys. - Electronic monitoring system (control of the fishing operation). - VMS (satellite Vessel Monitring system) - FMC control center for fisheries authorities - Maritime/Land/Aero communications I'm a specialist with satellite communication system like L-Band systems, VSAT, KU/KA band working with different brand systems, Sailor, Intellian, Seatel and Inmarsat FX solution. I have experience with different VSAT service providers (working with Inmarsat, Telenor, Hispasat, Telsat and SatCom Global) I am used to give trainings for the costumers, captains and fishing masters regarding Satellite echosounder buoys and software. I have also trained fisheries authorities at Ecuatorial Guinea and El Salvador about FMC control center for a specific project. Regarding technical support I help costumers from all over the world, always providing the best solution, by email or telephone managing incidences with Salesforce ticketing tool. I was involved in a Electronic monitoring project for longliner fishing vessels in the west pacific area (Solomond Islands) working with SPC and FFA organization as responsible of the WCPO Satlink office in 2014.
