UAP Task Force Mngr Bragança Special mission taken UAP4 (Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)) in Bragança during Task Force working directly with Plant Manager and Iberia Operations Manager to protect customer deliveries avoiding flight shipments. Deploy new UAP team implementing the basics and the system. New OHP definition and implementation after the crisis supporting the Plant and UAP team to stabilize the plant

Responsible for Technical Area in the plant and 2 JITS, managing New launches, Process Experts, and Maintenance technicians - 18 MOI. Launch New facility for FCM Jit in Stellantis Zaragoza leading a project to manage different potential scenarios with BG and the CBU. Prepare the new SOP for CMP platform for Vigo and Madrid JIT Launch 4 first Automation projects in Vigo plant reducing 12 MOD and managing 600k€ of CAPEX investment (CAR preparation, presentation, approval, PR/PO)

Responsible for both areas with 5 SV in UAP and 7 MOI in Maintenance with 160 MOD ensuring UAP system implementation, achieving best results in terms of efficiency and productivity. QCDP management at UAP Level, deploying SV and GL role. Focus on Scrap, rework and MPM reduction. FES implementation recognized as best plant result in Group Audit with 68% Deploy of 4 new SV and new talent exported in the group. Lead new B58 and B9 Project implantation at UAP Level, taken the leadership of new Layout definition and implementation for 4 buildings Maintenance Transformation Project done with the team recognized to become benchmark (Maintenance digitalization, warehouse benchmark level)
