• Partner with the country HR teams to identify Workday system improvements, review and collate inputs, focusing on Absence module, cross-functional Reporting, and other HCM projects. • Provide hands-on support to stakeholders, other team members and functional teams. • Partner with reporting team to integrate Key Performance Indicators. • Participate in workshops with relevant stakeholders. • Participate in process improvement initiatives within Workday Centre of Excellence in Agile context. • Responsible of implementing Workday configurations.

• HRIS management, functional development and improvement. • Preparing data and information to carry out regular HR data analysis. • Responsible for maintaining and improving data quality from the main HRIS. • Support to users about incidents and in the generation of reports from the main Human Resources systems. • KPI monitoring and dashboard development in PowerBI.

Responsibilities: • Monthly management of full payroll process (SAP, Meta4). • Labour Law interpretation for resolving user doubts.
