Manage day to day repair and maintenance for our barges in accordance with budget and time-frame. Promote QHSE awareness and ensure safety standards and safe work practices. Guide crew on board and ensure companies standards are met. Ensure repair and maintenance activities are registered in the Planned Maintenance System. Investigate causes of defects and take corrective and preventative actions. Conduct vessel inspections and arrange and supervise surveys. Approve POs and invoices. All in close cooperation with other technical superintendents.
