Founded in 2000 by experienced investment banking and private equity professionals, the EXO Group was set up as an investment and asset management company with focus on natural resources and energy sector and is partially owned by Kylla Capital Partners BV. EXO Group has since managed investments and arranged financing for over €2.5 billion private equity investments into companies active in the natural resources sector, oil & gas, mining, agriculture as well as energy. Several EXO Group portfolio companies and client firms have been successfully introduced to trade in the Stock Exchanges of London, Stockholm and Toronto.

Protectoria develops and operates a secure cloud-based decentralized digital ID infrastructure technology as a service that manages and verifies digital identities. As a Non-Executive Director, I oversee this Norwegian company's capital raising in close collaboration with the CFO and together with my colleagues at Kylla.

Innovasys, including sensorcontrolsys.com, is dedicated to creating new solutions for monitoring and controlling needs, and is partially owned by Kylla Capital Partners BV. We are particularly strong in sensors for Temperature, Air Velocity, Ammonia, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Differential pressure, Humidity and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).

Synthesis Capital BV (“SynCap”) is an independent asset manager that acts as an alternative finance provider in the global physical commodity markets and is partially owned by Kylla Capital Partners BV. SynCap invests in risk-efficient short-term asset-backed physical commodity trade finance (“CTF”) transactions within EMEA and APAC.

Kylla Forex Beyond Fund was a Closed-End foreign exchange arbitrage fund whose proprietary algorithmic trading platform has a record of delivering highly profitable results that go beyond those delivered by other arbitrage calculators and was partially owned by Kylla Capital Partners BV.

The Triple-E Fund is an initiative to cluster investments in emerging markets with its first focus on Egypt. The founders of the “Entrepreneurial Emerging Equity Fund” have combined international investment experience together with business knowledge and access to the Egyptian market. The Fund will structure its multi-market approach in a Luxembourg based “Special Investment Fund” with its investments and investors spit in a limited amount of sub-funds. The first sub-fund with a targeted equity of Euro 100 million will focus on four real estate investments in Egypt.

The master covered subjects like machine learning, large language models, cyber security, ICT infrastructure, extended reality, immersive analytics, ethics, law, AI powered decisions, change management, etc.

Completed the High Performance Leadership program by Professor George Koehlrieser and Professor John Weeks, an intensive executive leadership programme focused on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and building high-performance teams. The programme explores leadership roots, mindset transformation, secure-base leadership, and advanced communication techniques inspired by neuroscience and negotiation psychology. Participants develop a personal leadership roadmap and work closely with executive coaches and international peers.
