Reebok (Far East) Limited •Heads the Product Development and Engineering teams covering the Dongguan and Shenzhen factories, including Kong Tai Shoes, WSI Factory(golf shoes), etc.

Heads the R&D covering all South China factories. Responsible for putting the teams in DC locations ensuring product coverage given the resources. Stabilized and resolved the product sampling problem encountered during the period.

In-Charged of product quality and delivery Oversees production facility in Zhuhai before moving to Shenzhen Set-up quality control procedures, material testing, final shoe inspection Oversees the team of production planning and quality inspectors

Consultancy agreement with Singaporean company to streamline the overall operations of 2 factories making casual and dress shoes. Initiated and set-up a lot of cost reduction programs in all aspects of shoe manufacturing operations.

Contracted to set-up a 4-line factory to manufacture adidas shoes. Lay-out the factory lines and set-up all the operational procedures. Formed a team of professional shoemakers to lead and train new trainees with the objective of making them capable to run on their own after 2-years.

Responsible fof the setting-up of quality standards in adidas-contracted factories in China In-charged of quality inspection and production tracking.

Hired by Chinese government-owned corporation through Occient, to train workers in footwear manufacturing. Responsible for setting-up the factory layout, and training of managers and workers for the Reebok Pingzhou Factory.

Oversees overall production operation of EVA/rubber plant making 60,000 pairs per day of sandals, 8,000 pairs per day of assembled outsoles, and 4,000 pairs per day of adidas midsoles.
