► Lead the pre-sales activities, including technology selection, technical solutions, and responses to tenders ► Provide business consulting and expertise on RFID solutions to clients and partners ► Manage multiple projects from end-to-end, including client relationship, development teams management (hardware & software), and delivery (deployment and commissioning) ►Manage the partnerships with technical and commercial partners, conduct market research, test new products, and train on new solutions ► Ensure the alignment of projects with strategic business objectives and portfolio management

► Responsible for leading cross functional teams towards the implementation of Decathlon phygital projects & RFID/NFC embedded solutions. ► Drive customer interaction projects (via NFC/QR Code) as well as RFID/NFC embedded projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. ► Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to establish project deliverables and milestones (Product Owner, Product Engineer, IT team, R&D team, Quality Manager, Digital Communication team, Packaging Engineer, Production Manager, Cloud platform providers, RFID/NFC inlay suppliers and RFID/NFC Service Bureau)

► Develop new RFID/NFC services or products for Decathlon retail, logistics and industry or improve existing services or products. ► Perform as proactive liaison with other organizational departments and external partners. ► Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new products.

► Conduct a technological watch on existing and future solutions (RAIN RFID, NFC, Bluetooth and Sensors). Identify the most suitable component solutions and HW architectures. ► Evaluate, assess and select IoT-related component technologies in developing Proofs of Concept/Rapid Prototype with internal and external partners. ► Technically responsible for moderately sized project or defined technical packages providing technical leadership and delivery against programme milestones. ► Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones. ► Produce functional and technical procedures and documentation for scalable IoT applications including operating procedure, user-guide, etc.

► Performing radio site surveys for GSM and UMTS networks, link budget planning for both new radio site integration and/or radio site relocation. ► Use specialised propagation modelling tools to conduct coverage planning, interference analysis and optimisation. ► Simulation of optimization techniques (antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance) for optimal site/cluster performance. ► Liaise with other sections in order to carry out the support function.

► Sales and negotiation of 3G keys and MPLS VPN services to A-grade companies (AXA, Future Group, Apollo Hospitals, etc) ► Perform data analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
