Core network design including MSC server and Media gateways  Annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets for entire network including billing, IT and value added services  Quarterly CIB (Capex Investment Board) submissions  Acting for Operation director when not in country RF Planning and optimization using Planet Ev, capacity prediction  Transmission planning using Path loss and Ellipse  Technical Site Visit for the planned sites (including site integration and commissioning for radio aspects)  Coaching and training a team of local radio engineers  RF planning procedures guidance and recommendations  Tracking and coordinating the planned sites documentation flow
