Originally trained as a traditional fashion designer in Switzerland, I moved to London to explore the other side of the industry and completed a BA in Fashion Communication at Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design. A growing interest in sustainability then led me to a Master in Fashion Futures at London College of Fashion - and from there, into the world of fashion tech, and 3D design in particular. I kicked off my career as a digital fashion designer at The Fabricant in Amsterdam, before taking the freelance route and travelling the globe. I joined Fermat as Head of Customer Success shortly after meeting their incredible team, and I've been riding the AI fashion wave ever since!ABOUT FERMATFermat is a GenAI fashion start-up providing AI tools tailored to the needs of the fashion industry. What started as a toolbox designed for busy fashion design teams working to bi-weekly collection cycles has expanded horizontally to serve the entire fashion chain. From the moment our Sales team has done its magic onwards, I ensure our users' success and happiness. This notably includes (but isn't limited to - we're a start-up after all!): - Managing multiple customers' account across Europe, America and Asia, and ensuring they not only have a great experience in the app, but also hopefully, a little bit of fun! - Setting our PoC users up for efficiency by understanding their specific needs, timeline and goals and defining a tailored strategy that will lead them to a successful implementation of AI; - Hosting online and in-person workshops, onboarding and training sessions with our Studio and Enterprise users; - Listening to the needs and feedback of our users across all areas of the industry, from fashion design to marketing, including photography and graphics teams; - Taking care of all our customers, big or small, from answering email support to jumping on one-to-one calls.
