- Conducting screening & sourcing activities for current openings or building pipelines based on request for multiple locations in Romania, Portugal, Ireland and Poland - Assisting the Recruitment team in carrying out back office activities such as administrating the database, updating specific trackers or drafting documents; - Contacting shortlisted candidates and scheduling the interviews and test sessions; - Conducting interviews; - Maintaining contact with the candidates, providing them detailed information on open positions and various requirements for their application; - Managing the feedback flow for all candidates involved in the process; - Liaising with the recruiters and Operational managers in order to understand each profile requirements and improve the job search; - Adjusting and customizing the Hiring steps as per customer requirements; - Liaising with the agencies in order to find new profiles; - Posting job ads; - Other administrative activities - Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters; - Guiding candidates in the hiring process
