Currently, I serve as a Technical Tribe Lead at Tipico, supporting development teams in the Betting domain. I focus on technical alignment, people growth, and delivering high-impact projects that move the business forward. Previously, I built and led the Agile Delivery tribe, where I introduced delivery metrics, governance models, and leadership practices that improved alignment across 35+ teams. Though the department was later dissolved, many of those foundations still support the organization today. What drives me is creating space for teams to succeed — by simplifying complexity, supporting autonomy, and turning strategy into execution.
