Grupo Lar is a developer, investor and asset manager with strong presence in the markets in which the group operates. Developer focused on real estate investment and management: Shopping centres, Residential , Offices and Business parks. I am full-time dedicated to the Shopping Centres team, our daily work consists of implementation and monitoring of budget plans, development of strategic, marketing and commercial plans and financial analysis of the main indicators of the sector.

I was selected for Lar Group Talent Program which allowed me to gain a deep, rapid and continuous learning of Real Estate Industry working in three different departments of the company (development, management and commercialization).

* Projects: * Analysis and optimization of logistics processes to increase the efficiency and reduce costs. * Development of an incentive system to measure the performance and reward the external sales agencies seeking to increase their motivation and effectiveness. Give a public presentation of the system to the client and the external agencies. * Skills: * Working with such a big client I have learned a lot about the organization and operation of a multinational company in the Telecommunications industry. * The daily job in a multifunctional team is very dynamic and challenging as we are always looking for satisfying the need of our client and add value to them. All that allows me to develop my leadership, team-working and communication skills.

* Company: * Law and Legal firm specialized in Business affairs, Commercial property, Family law, Residential conveyancing and Residential landlord and tenant issues. * Tasks: * Financial analysis in several projects. * Skills: * Working in London after my Master in Finance allowed me to rapidly put into practice the knowledge acquired and improve my background as well as significantly improve my proficiency in English.

* Company: * Financial and business management consulting firm. Private office of Mrs. Petra Mateos-Aparicio Morales. * Tasks: * Financial projects, accounting, invoicing preparation and monitoring and translation of texts among other activities for customers like HISPASAT and SOLVAY. * Skills: * During my internship I could improve my organizational and problem solving skills as well as my ability to adapt to the specific needs of the senior management

* Company: * Academy with more than 25 years of experience giving educational support to students from primary school to university. * Tasks: * Teach Economics to high school students. * Skills: * As a teacher I could develop my public speaking and mentoring skills.
