1. Assists the PPIC Manager in coordinating the demand plan (sales forecast) with stakeholders such as Commercial, Operations, Finance and Purchasing for accurate conversion to inventory forecasts. Computes requirements for both existing and new product/variants and determine its corresponding target delivery dates to ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production. 2. Monitors and reviews the raw materials stock system on a regular basis to support targeted customer service and operations efficiency targets. -Maintains daily optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time, uninterrupted production at plant site -View inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop recommendations to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates (i.e. planned consumption, rush orders that impact inventory levels.) 3. Reviews production schedules in order to plan materials requirements appropriately. 4. Assists the PPIC Manager in coordinating with the Commercial group when it comes to managing the fluctuations in demand or supply on a day to day basis. 5. Assists the PPIC Manager in working closely with Operations and Purchasing to balance the inventory pool and minimize transportation and storage costs. 6. Works with the Quality Control Department to ensure that all quality specifications are adhered and that materials are in compliance with company specifications.

1. Responsible of On-time Update of system (SAP), processing of goods reciept and goods issuance of the NTG project related P.O. 2. Maintain updated reservation summary that serves as a control for all 3PL's processing daily transaction . 3. Audit of 3PL Warehouse. 4. Coordinates with 3PL custodians and regularly provides OSI Summary Report. 5. Review and spot checking of 3PL Warehouse records to ensure availability of documents and records at any given time. 6. Conduct cycle counts in 3PL Warehouses. 7. Handles and monitor original copy of OR/CR. Ensures completeness and conducts Audit and Inventory.

Monitoring & Maintaining current inventory levels based on forecast, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for planning of purchase, promotions & Marketing Strategies

Creates Production Schedule & prioritize job orders for production optimization.

Ensures all raw materials used in production are complete based on desired orders by customer. Responsible for costing of a certain garments & outsourcing /Purchasing of materials that is not available in Local Suppliers

Responsible for analyzing manually drawn meters by the meter readers and plotting them into meter Route System. Ensures all data are reliable at all times.
