I have over 20 years of experience leading global operations in the consumer health products and cosmetics industries including supply chain management, contract manufacturing, 3PL vendor management, product development, research & development, and quality assurance. I was COO at Hatch Beauty Products where I directed business operations strategy as well as leading global teams to improve efficiencies and customer experiences. Before that I served as CEO of the Hatchbeauty Laboratories division after I led its inception. As Vice President of Operations and Quality at Thibiant International, sales doubled, subsequently attracting many blue-chip clients. During my tenure at Neutrogena (Johnson & Johnson), I held roles as plant manager, quality assurance director, and materials manager. I was accountable for budgets of $30M, production volumes of 160M, and workforces of 400. The key to my success is an engaging approach, a solid understanding of what drives the business and the ability to mobilize the necessary teams and resources. Building long-term partnerships with senior executives, partners, and key stakeholders has proved crucial in obtaining “buy-in” and adoption of change, as well as mitigating issues.
