- Writing product specifications - Managing the development of websites, applications and CRM-systems - Managing the development process: estimating the labor intensity of tasks, planning and setting tasks with developers, controlling the execution of tasks and deadlines, conducting functional acceptance, demonstrating the results of implemented tasks - Creating and completing project documentation: project description, business structure, general information - Interaction with the project team: preparing and conducting retrospectives, weekly calls, stand-ups, discussing statuses, questions on tasks and organizational issues, planning tasks with team members. - Communicating with product owner, discussing product issues and keeping the customer informed of task statuses
